- Exchanges: Exchanges are only for unopened/unused products. Contact us at info@luxurytanning.ca within 7 days of confirmed delivery, to process your exchange. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

For damaged/defective items: Contact us at info@luxurytanning.ca within 48 hours (no exceptions) of confirmed delivery. Pictures of damaged or defective items will be required before a replacement is sent. Return shipping of damaged or defective items may be required.
